Pen Nets
Beckman Pen Series nets feature all the pluses of rubber nets, but without the negatives! They’re lighter and move through the water easier. Pen Fin Saver Nets
Pen Fin Savers are stout “bigger fish” nets with all the Pen Series anti-tangle attributes and a practical array of hoop/bag/handle options. How to measure for a replacement bag:

Measure the widest point of your hoop. That will give you the first set of numbers of our replacement nets.

Then measure the depth of your net bag by holding your net horizontally as if you were netting a fish. Measure from the hoop to the deepest part of the net bag. That will give you the second number on our replacement net.

So if you measure 30" wide at your hoop and 42" deep on the net bag. Your replacement bag measurements would be 30x42. Therefore any of our replacement bags with those numbers would fit your net model. There are several styles to choose from. So if you want to replace your old untreated net bag with a Pen or Fin-Saver Pen you can.

The Original Beckman ™ Nets feature Beckmanet ™ net bags. Beckmanet ™ defines the best bag you can build in terms of material components and construction design. Beckmanet ™ net bags feature:

Super strong, bonded, commercial nylon seine material, the kind used by large commercial fishermen.

The specially woven edge at the top of the bag is a 300-pound-test bonded nylon - strong enough to hold any fish that fits in the net!

Beckmanet ™ bags stay open for maximum netting area instead of trailing behind or fouling on the hoop as lighter materials do.

The metal closures or "buttons" on the bag side and the brass ring in the bottom serve as optimum fasteners and keep the net bag from floating, especially in current.

Original Beckmanet ™ bags have the same amount of material at bottom as at the top, so fish rest more in the bottom of the net instead of "nose down" and tail sticking out. This construction also adds strength and capacity for landing and holding heavy fish.
